About the Role

The role focuses on creating new opportunities and building strong connections to generate synergies and explore business prospects, particularly in the business and collection sectors. You will be maintaining and strengthening relationships between AW Holding, collection agencies, and law firms. The position is ideal for someone who is proactive and thrives in developing long-term business relationships.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities to support company growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Approach and engage potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Lead discussions, negotiate terms, and close cross-border deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare clear reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Keep accurate records of client communications, contracts, and agreements.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve outreach and lead generation.
  • Regulations are essential, along with proactively identifying potential risks and turning challenges into structured opportunities.
