About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Debt Collector Executive who is confident, persuasive, and able to manage a portfolio with professionalism and discipline. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow by handling debtor accounts, negotiating settlements, and ensuring consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate is target-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on assigned debtor portfolios.
• Contact clients through calls and written communication to secure payments or negotiate settlements.
• Handle objections professionally and work toward mutually acceptable solutions.
• Monitor payment arrangements and ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements.
• Meet assigned collection targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or legal action is required.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience in debt collection or settlement is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding debts on behalf of our clients and achieve the set collection target.
• Keep track of assigned accounts, and follow up consistently
• Work in an organized manner and follow all TAT process of collections
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
