We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

 The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters, ensuring full compliance with UAE Federal Laws, Free Zone regulations, and applicable international standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, civil, and regulatory matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
• Managing and advising on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including DIAC, ADGM, and DIFC Courts.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE laws, free zone frameworks, AML/CTF requirements, and internal governance policies.
• Advising senior management on legal risks, business structuring, and strategic decisions.
• Managing external legal counsels and coordinating with regulators and authorities.
• Handling intellectual property, licensing, employment matters, and corporate secretarial tasks.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) – Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Excellent contract drafting skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience dealing with government authorities.

Is seeking an experienced Debt Collection Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding debts on behalf of our clients and achieve the set collection target.
• Keep track of assigned accounts, and follow up consistently
• Work in an organized manner and follow all TAT process of collections
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle all enquiries and complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Create trust relationships with debtors, when possible, to avoid future issues
• Update account status and database regularly
• Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Must have At Least 2 Years Experienced
