AW Holding company is seeking to hire Business Development Executive for the following tasks for our Branch in Qatar:

  • Developing sales strategy and onboard new customers.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and potential sourcing channels.
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors and other personnel.
  • Prospect for potential large accounts using various methods such as cold calling, LinkedIn, face-to-face meetings and networking
  • Develop strong relationships with potential new large accounts and maintain a pipeline of new leads/prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEM contacts in your territory
  • Develop strategic business development plans with leadership and support teams
  • Develop professional proposals offering compelling merchant solutions
  • Use expert product knowledge, sales consultation and negotiation to increase merchant activity
  • Instruct businesses how to use our set of tools to position financing and offer monthly payments
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and production managers to create and implement business strategies for attracting and signing new merchants
  • Ensure compliance to our approval and risk requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years B2B business development in Qatar
  3. Target achiever and knows how to create opportunities.
  4. Deliver agreed revenue targets by value and volume.
  5. Experienced in cold calling, networking, sales presentations, negotiation, closing deals in   advertising
  6. Great interpersonal & leadership skills
  7. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written1.
  8. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of contacts2.

IT Infrastructure Engineer - AW Egypt

AW Holding company is seeking to hire an IT Infrastructure Engineer for the following tasks for our Branch in Egypt:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling IT Department infrastructure and technical issues and must have good experience (Microsoft 365 services and Networking principles is must and VMware vSphere, VoIP system, and AWS Cloud services is a Plus).


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory Domain Environment, and Virtualization technologies.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Give support to VOIP, and ERP system users.
  • Troubleshoot LAN “VLAN – Inter VLAN routing “.
  • Troubleshoot firewall, and VPN connection issues.
  • Write training manuals, and train users of IT related systems.
  • Maintain daily performance of IT systems.
  • Respond to email messages for users seeking help.
  • Walk through problem-solving process and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/telecommunications/computer engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience Needed: 4 to 5 Years
  • Gender: Male
  • Proven experience as a system and network administration.
  • CCNA – MCSA Certificates is Must.
  • Good understanding for firewall concepts, and VPN connection.
  • Virtualization technology “VMWare vSphere”.
  • Amazon Cloud Services is preferred.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the Windows/Linux operating systems and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
  • Experience with load balancing technologies.
  • Strong experience in virtualization to manage data storage, server resources, and other virtual computing platforms including data migration, virtual machine set-up and training, troubleshooting end-user problems, and designing assessment tools for storage and visualization applications.
  • Strong experience in the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of a cloud network, as well as various other cloud services.
  • Understanding of routing protocols to help facilitate troubleshooting and remediation of networking issues.
  • Experience dealing with ERP systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant software or automation of large-scale systems.
  • Deep hands-on technical expertise in building complex distributed systems, designing large scale networks
