About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Debt Collector Executive who is confident, persuasive, and able to manage a portfolio with professionalism and discipline. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow by handling debtor accounts, negotiating settlements, and ensuring consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate is target-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to communicate clearly while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on assigned debtor portfolios.
• Contact clients through calls and written communication to secure payments or negotiate settlements.
• Handle objections professionally and work toward mutually acceptable solutions.
• Monitor payment arrangements and ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements.
• Meet assigned collection targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or legal action is required.

• Experience in debt collection or settlement is preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in case management, ensure accurate data entry into the Odoo system, and maintain effective communication and coordination for timely follow-ups on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and the legal team.
• Handle case management, including organizing, tracking, and updating case files and documentation.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry on the Odoo system, ensuring all records are up to date and properly maintained.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks, hearings, and legal procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
• Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
• Assist in preparing case summaries and legal reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
• Experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Requirement Understanding & Collaboration
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, functional requirements, and integration points.
   • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development.
2. Odoo Development & Customization
   • Develop and customize Odoo modules/features to meet organizational needs.
   • Implement business workflows, automate processes, and enhance existing Odoo functionalities.
3. Server-Side Python (Odoo) Development
   • Build Odoo customizations using Python and Odoo framework standards.
   • Create models, fields, views, security rules, server actions, scheduled actions, and automated processes as required.
4. Frontend (XML/QWeb) & Reports
   • Develop and customize views, wizards, dashboards, and reports (including QWeb/Odoo reporting where applicable).
   • Ensure UI elements are aligned with business processes and user roles.
5. Integration & Data Handling
   • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Odoo with existing systems/APIs if needed.
   • Handle data migration requirements when custom development impacts data structures.
6. Testing, Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing
   • Perform unit testing and functional verification for developed features.
   • Diagnose issues, fix bugs, and improve performance/stability.
7. Code Quality & Maintenance
   • Maintain clean, documented, and reusable code following best practices.
   • Support releases by preparing technical documentation and supporting deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience as an Odoo Developer (preferably with Odoo 17 and Odoo 18).
• Strong expertise developing in Odoo, especially in modules such as Accounting, Sales, HR, Project, Field Services, and Purchasing (Multi Company).
• Very good Python coding knowledge aligned with Odoo development requirements.

• Good understanding of business processes in a multi-company environment.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in English.
