AW Holding company is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Branch in Egypt:
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Handle messages and comments on all platforms.
- Publish content on: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube.
- Write captions and assist with story content.
- Track and analyze social media performance; share insights with the team.
- Network via social media channels.
Content & Communication:
- Maintain the content calendar in collaboration with the content team.
- Write reports (status updates, monthly summaries).
- Coordinate and respond to emails across departments.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages and coordinate with leads/clients.
Internal Coordination:
- Take meeting minutes.
- Schedule and organize internal meetings.
- Plan, run, and follow up on team meetings.
Event & Partnership Support:
- Organize and promote company events.
- Approach sponsors, partners, and attendees.
- Conduct market research to spot potential collaborations.
- Perform due diligence on proposed events and clients.
Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with BD and telesales teams to update lead statuses.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
- Assist in securing online and offline meetings.
Webinars & Tech Support:
- Manage webinar platforms.
- Provide tech support during live events.
Campaign Support:
- Assist in WhatsApp Campaign execution.
- Support analytics reporting.
