Job Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and specific requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify needs and objectives for the Odoo implementation.

2. Customized Implementation Strategies

  • Develop tailored strategies based on gathered requirements, ensuring alignment with AW Holding's business goals.
  • Plan the configuration, customization, and integration of Odoo modules to meet organizational needs.

3. Configuration and Customization of Odoo Modules

  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with AW Holding's processes.
  • Establish workflows, define user roles and permissions, and create reports to adapt the system to specific needs.

4. End-to-End Implementation Oversight

  • Oversee the entire implementation process, including installation, setup, data migration, and user training.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to Odoo with accurate data migration and comprehensive user training.

5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Odoo with existing systems.

6. System Testing, Quality Assurance, and Troubleshooting

  • Conduct rigorous testing to ensure system functionality and compliance with requirements.
  • Promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues or bugs during the implementation process.

7. Ongoing Support and Maintenance

  • Provide continuous on-site support and maintenance to AW Holding users.
  • Address user queries, resolve issues, monitor system performance, and apply necessary updates to ensure sustained functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Odoo Implementation (preferably Odoo 17 and Odoo 18).
  • Expertise in modules such as Accounting, Sales, HR, Project, Field Services, and Purchasing (Multi Company).
  • Previous experience in a service provider role.
  • Very Good Python coding knowledge that meets the implementation requirements.

Additional Skills

  • Good understanding of business processes and accounting in a multi-company environment.
  • Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
