Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in case management, ensure accurate data entry into the Odoo system, and maintain effective communication and coordination for timely follow-ups on legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and the legal team.
  • Handle case management, including organizing, tracking, and updating case files and documentation.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry on the Odoo system, ensuring all records are up to date and properly maintained.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks, hearings, and legal procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in preparing case summaries and legal reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
  • Experience working with Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
