AW Holding company is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordinator for our Branch in Egypt:


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Handle messages and comments on all platforms.
  • Publish content on: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube.
  • Write captions and assist with story content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance; share insights with the team.
  • Network via social media channels.

Content & Communication:

  • Maintain the content calendar in collaboration with the content team.
  • Write reports (status updates, monthly summaries).
  • Coordinate and respond to emails across departments.
  • Respond to WhatsApp messages and coordinate with leads/clients.

Internal Coordination:

  • Take meeting minutes.
  • Schedule and organize internal meetings.
  • Plan, run, and follow up on team meetings.

Event & Partnership Support:

  • Organize and promote company events.
  • Approach sponsors, partners, and attendees.
  • Conduct market research to spot potential collaborations.
  • Perform due diligence on proposed events and clients.

Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with BD and telesales teams to update lead statuses.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Assist in securing online and offline meetings.

Webinars & Tech Support:

  • Manage webinar platforms.
  • Provide tech support during live events.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in WhatsApp Campaign execution.
  • Support analytics reporting.
