We are currently hiring SR. HR Generalist to join our team and perform the following: 

 

Position Summary:

 

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting employee relations, and driving key HR processes including onboarding, performance management, contract renewals, attendance, social insurance, and employee engagement initiatives. The role acts as a key point of contact between employees, managers, and external authorities to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.

4. Attendance & Leave Management

5. Social Insurance & Government Relations

6. Medical Insurance Administration

7. HR Operations & Data Management

8. Employee Relations

9. Office Coordination & Internal Communication

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
